I just came here with the same problem, I'll try what was replied to you. But in my first Lab I have another problem besides this one. The form doesn't allow to set the time. I used the "test link" and asked the help of another player to test it, I went there hoping that something has changed but no, it still has no option to choose the time. When I enter the Lab, it has --/-- .

Yes, those! In the case of the US States it makes sense to have the 2 letters and then opens a new image (cause the image with the letters are different for each State). My "problem" is with Germany, all the souvenirs are the same "design" and colors, even the one for "Germany" is like that. It's pretty boring to see only the letters...

Can anyone explain me why for the souvenirs of Germany we see letters instead of the image that is saved when we enter the souvenir? Cause all the other countries the image that is shown is the same (or very similar/related) as the one we find inside the description... I don't have any souvenir for the US but I see the same happening on other geocacher's profiles, I see only letters and when I enter the description, there's a beautiful image.

I'll use the topic to ask this: what about the country souvenir? Does we acquire it when finding a Lab?

Thank you all for your replies and sorry I didn't thank before! I'll try your ideas asap! About BaseCamp, it simply doesn't moove caches like before, since I got the laptop I have now, at the time someone told me it was a bug with Windows or something like that... I try every year since then but the problem persists. I only knew Basecamp as a cache manager, I don't use the GPS for nothing else. And I can't delete the caches from the GPS directely, there's no option "delete" on caches. I'll try or ideas. Thanks!!!!

Sorry to create a new topic but couldn't find the reply I need. How can I delete all the geocaches saved on my GPS to load new ones? I have a lot stored from the early years (2013/4?) when I used BaseCamp. I don't want to reset the machine cause I'll loose the maps a friend installed back then and some years later. The question is more if there is a (legal and safe) program that can manage the GPS like BaseCamp used to do. I use Windows 10 Home version 21H2 (if that is important)... Thank you in advance!
