  1. I'd like to see these made... Not certain if the same initial people are interested...

If more people would like their own Version of this Scooter Coin,

I don't mind making it a larger Group Coin.

I initially wanted Hard Enamel, but Soft would probably be the best price,

Color Choice would include Glow & Glitter.

I think I will take off the Gem though, and make the headlight Glow.

I will try to see if I can get a quote from a Vendor.

    Thanks for asking. <_<

I may be interested. I like the idea of having the headlight glow. I was just wondering how the mirrors would work out. . .meaning would they be easily broken?

  2. What a wonderful story and coin! Congratulations on your coin design and for your understanding of another culture. I always love to hear about how our fellow geocoin collectors come up with their avatars and their coin designs. Thanks for sharing your story.

I certainly hope I will be able to aquire one of these!

    Now, the anxieties begin! <_<

For anyone who has my name, I am updating my coin list in the next couple of days.

  4. Thanks Dolfy and honeyfairy. Now, I sort of get it. At least I got there and put my name on the spread sheet. I did save and close, but when I went back there, my name wasn't listed alphabetically, it was still at the bottom of the sheet. I hope I didn't mess anything up. If I did, will someone please let me know? :)

  5. Yippeee!! Way to go DD and the Pittsburgh team. If your proposal was as awesome as that video, I can certainly understand why you guys won!

I know I am going to try to get there if I can talk someone into going there with me! (I still have confidence issues, ya know.)

  6. I sent my email address to nielsenc quite a while ago and I haven't heard a thing. I also clicked on the address and it said, "we're sorry this spreadsheet isn't published", whatever that means.

I am sending another email, if I don't get a reply, could someone tell me what I need to do?

    Thanks!

    I sent you an invite.

    Thanks corynjoey.

Now, just to let you know how dense I am, I went to that site and saw everyone's name, but I don't know how to add my own. Do I just write my info in on line 14? I think it said to add your name, click on share, but when I did that, I just got a list of everyone's names.

    HELP!

  7. What a cute white elephant coin! This looks a bit complicated to me. I hope I understand it enough to participate.

Not meant to be complicated, you send three you receive three  . Do not go back and read the begining you are sure to be confused  .

Thanks Damenace. Actually, that's exactly what I did (read from the beginning). Thanks for the reassurance.

  8. I only have one regular cache and when I placed it I made a special card congratulating the FTF person. I also put a FTF coin in the envelope and I also might have included a pizza hut gift card, too.

  9. I was heading to a cache called White Hot Cache! (GCJ6YJ). Got within 300 feet and then had to head off the trail. Then, very quickly, came across an area roped off with yellow crime scene tape. Kinda freaked me out, and not knowing anything let my mind wander, thinking that someone could pop out of the woods at me at any moment. Only another 200 feet or so from there was the cache itself. After getting home, I researched a bit, and found the below article. My thoughts go out to the poor woman's family and friends.

PLAINFIELD: Autopsy set for city woman found dead in woods

    By BRANDON LAUSCH

    STAFF WRITER

After an intense two-day search, Union County police recovered the dead body of a Plainfield woman believed to be missing since Oct. 31, authorities said.

Ellen Melluso, 51, of Terrill Road, was found at about 10 a.m. Tuesday in a densely wooded area of the Watchung Reservation in Berkeley Heights, police said. Melluso's silver car, a 1993 Buick Skylark, had remained in a parking lot at the reservation for several days, police said.

Although no missing persons report had been filed, the abandoned vehicle heightened the suspicions of police and sparked the investigation, Union County police Chief Daniel Vaniska said in a statement.

The search included the deployment of cadaver-sniffing police dogs from the Bergen County Sheriff's Office, Vaniska said.

Although no foul play was apparent, an autopsy is scheduled for today at the Regional Medical Examiner's Office in Newark to determine the cause of Melluso's death, police said.

Union County police Detective Scott Pentz is continuing the investigation.

Whoa! This is the kind of stuff that totally freaks me out!

  10. Some time tomorrow, hopefully.

I'm going caching all day today. I sure hope I don't miss the sign up because of that!!!

You really didn't think I would do that did you?

  11. I have enjoyed the birds so much I expect my own flight next week.

I have been lucky enough to trade for some and just get some in the mail from fantastic cachers. I thought I would share a little mix of the birds that I have. 0354efcb-7c83-43ed-b2bf-f9a5d679497a.jpg

There's some great birds there

Where do you find the owners to do trades? - if you dont mind me asking that is. We would dearly love to trade some of ours.

I just noticed you showed the front of my bird, but not the back. . .The back of my bird was, "Citius, Altius, Fortius"

By the way, I love the colors you picked for your birds.

If anyone wants to trade, please contact me.
