We cache on every cruise. We did the Caribbean and found the only cache on Half Moon Cay with a beautiful view. The best time we had was in San Juan where the local caches takes you off the beaten path and we saw the most beautiful places. In St. Thomas we took a Island shore excursion and picked up a cache on one of our stops.
We are leaving on another cruise on Sunday on the West Coast. I researched our stops and emailed a local guy who hide some of the caches for advice on transportation from the cruise ship. He gave me wonderful advice on different places to cache, transportation info and even offered to meet with us and take us caching!
It takes a lot of research ahead of time before the cruise but it is well worth it!
