When I am using cache register or Topo NA from DeLorme I have that log in issue, can be because I just reactivate my premium user account with gecaching.com yestarday?

Hello, downloaded and installed Cache Register now I have a issue with log in where username or password incorrect but it is fine on web. Just reactivate my premium user account.
