  1. I guess they fixed it. It's back to normal now.
  2. I hope I don't have to pay for premium. I signed up for it for 1 year but didn't make much difference. In my area there are very few extra caches I can find with premium

  4. I'm using Safari and it's always worked until today. When I click on it, the 'set map preferences' shows on the left side pane and blank on the right side. The side pane is stuck and can't slide to the side. It's doing this on iPad and iPhone 6, I haven't tried laptop yet.
  5. I liked being able to see other caches in the area, rather than just the one. This was a great feature
  6. Does anyone know why, just starting today, I can no longer click on "view larger map" to see the area map of caches?

  8. Thanks, it didn't seem right to me either. Should I just delete (archive) the submission or try to edit it?
  9. I submitted N 41 32.210. W 074 21.193. And after it said submitted , right underneath it was: " Original Cache Location. 41 32. 093. 074 21 .166". That looks like a different spot to me.
  10. I just submitted 2 new caches that I placed today. I entered the coordinates that I had for the location. After I submitted it I checked it and the coordinates are different, but on the map the location looks like the right spot. Does the reviewer somehow change the coordinates to a different format? Do I have to contact them to change them? Thanks.
  11. Why do people log 'found it' when there is no indication that they found it? If you really find it, then sign the log!!

  13. She asked for an email address other than the one I have with geocaching.com, and then signed as Sara, 'Community 'Manager'. I'm not sure if I should send her my email
  14. Today I submitted my first hidden cache. Right away I got an email saying the request was received, and now 8 hrs later I got an request from the Community Manager to supply an email address not associated with geocaching.com. Is this how it works? Thanks for any answers
  15. I requested a reset password but never got a response from them . I checked the junk inbox just in case it went there...no luck. Today I sent them an email explaining what happened and They said they received my email and will respond in a few days. Thanks for the help.
  16. I haven't been out caching for several months and have forgotten my password. I think something is also wrong with my email because I can't get a response to reset it. Can I start a new account and transfer the 17 caches I already have? Can I back date them to original found date? Do I then delete them from my old account name? Sorry so many questions. Thanks for any help.
