  4. my gpsr's "record" top speed says 2317mph, how about your "record speed"?
  5. Hmmm... I think you just eliminated ALL underwater caches, all caches hidden in stone or rock walls, all caches placed in dead trees in woodpecker holes with bark epoxied to the lid, all caches placed in rock piles, all caches covered by leaves, and all caches that end up covered with a layer of snow..I'm sure there are more that would be affected by that wording, but my brain is on overload trying to think of them all. true
  6. how about a "SUB-Terrain" option on setup cache page.
  7. I've always been into outdoor things and since (or before) gpsr where realy sold ,before caching of any kind was(Ithink) ...i wanted a gpsr But back then i could only find a $700 "BIG BRICK" military type .so 2yrs ago i got one for $100 then after playing with it awhile i read about geocaching.com in magizine i got . I've upgraded my gpsr 3 times within a year and i'm thinking of upgrading again soon
  8. me 35 grandmother 82 she never drove a car she walks everywhere, i give out before her everytime
  9. Given the details you provided, I would take a guess that the person who has it has for whatever reason stop geocaching, at least temporarily. I don't see you being able to do anything besides moving the trackable to a graveyard/unkown location and writing it off to experience. That said, you may never know, it may reappear one day. I had one recently turn-up after going missing for over 12 months. Regards Andrew there is alot of missing ones out there i've got one or two myself
  10. i've read on a paper log "DNF i'll look tomorrow" and check out the logs for "holy wastewater(she it)" cache

DNF that night
  18. I just did some research, and most of what I'm seeing is spray-on for clothing, with about six ounces required to treat a shirt and pants. What do you use? Maybe he just sprays it into the laundry! Thats a great idea, maybe one day you'llbe able to buy Tide with bug repellent added

  23. That reminds me of the old joke: A woman gets on a bus airplane with her baby and GPSr. The bus driver pilot says: "That's the ugliest baby that I've ever seen." The woman goes to the rear of the bus airplane and sits down. She says to a man next to her: "The driver pilot just insulted me!" The man says: "You go right up there and tell him off, I'll hold your monkey for you." (edited to make post on-topic) thats funny
