With a whole lot of headache, the finding of a free website host that allows the use of mySQL and PHP, and many many hours of guess and check work... the forum for REMOVED BY MODERATOR is up and running. I admit... I was ready to cry at some points. This was in fact the first time I've ever tried something like this. Hopefully it is a success.
