I agree with the water rat above, I saw todays logs in the cache and it is clear that this new cache is just being passed around groups of friends. At least when it was in the UK was being treated as per Jacobs rules. I have decided to remove it from my watch list, I think it should really be archived now, the one that is being found now is a completely new cache. It seems to go against the whole spirit of the original cache by being able to be replaced.
