  6. Here are a few I took. The dog one I just hppened to catch at the right time! The first 3 scenery ones are from Stehekin, WA this past summer. Then the 2 others I took in Alaska on our cruise in Sept! This one is the "rainbow bridge" in Washington. It is the rainbow bridge, over Rainbow Creek, along Rainbow Creek trail, on Rainbow Mountain. The next time I visit I'm definitly taking along the ashes of my beloved pets to lay them to rest at the real Rainbow Bridge! And I can't believe that I caught the iceberg calving!! (that's ice falling off)
  7. I got my mission yesterday and it was awesome! I haven't posted pics yet...and I'm sorry, but everything in it was great. A ghost coin, a GCC Oct halloween coin, another GCC coin, a trackable "jewell" (I hadn't seen any of those before, they are very cool). Lots of candy, halloween socks, halloween stickers and one of those small cans of candy corn soda! Thank you very much! It was a great package and very much appreciated. I'm just having time to sit down and post that I received it. I took one of the Tank Hounds in today for her first dose of chemo. One down, and 15 to go.

  16. We will be in Vancouver on Friday Sept 18th. We are going on a cruise (leaving on the 19th) and would love to meet up with someone to go caching once we get in town on the 18th (or plane lands around 10:30am). We'd also love any good recomendations on where to stay on the 18th. It looks like there are lots of hotels around the cruise ship terminal, but mots are very expensive...anyone have any ideas for us? Susan & Patrick (Tank Hounds)

  20. 2nd grade. Mrs. Ogliaruso. I can't really tell you why I liked her so much...maybe it was because I hated my first grade teacher so having a nice teacher in the 2nd grade was a good break. I was a fast reader and we had SRA's back in those days...(there was a "box" of reading cards...and you were supposed to "read your way" through the box starting with a certain color and working your way up). Well in teh first grade I was already reading about half way through the box but my teacher still made me start at the beginning. Needless to say I was very bored! So in second grade Mrs. O let me read on my proper reading level. She used lots of stickers on assignments, she had fancy cursive writing that she made smilieys out of...generally the class was very "positive". I don't remember dreading school or hating to go... I still exchange Christmas cards wtih Mrs O. 20 years after passing her class!

    ISQ Finds

I think that we have 63 ISQ finds . But when I was in CO last weekend I also did 2 COlorado Spirit Quests!! Althugh they were in "modern" cemeteries and not the unique old ones that we've come to love in Indiana!
  22. A new pathtag?!? SWEET!!! Oh...and it's mandatory for everyone who attends that has a pathtag to trade with me!! lol There IS an event pathtag as well....sold to help Shydog pay for the food and rental, etc. See you all there!
  23. No sunshine here yet...hopefully it's on it's way! (and yeah, I'm REALLY sick of rain here in Indiana! lol)
