  2. Here's the next one! #17 N 46 00.442 W122 50.670 Good LUCK!!!
  3. It's hard to pick one so I'll share a few ;-) We were some of the people that helped tsun unload her truck of coins and haul them to the 12th floor. We were all joking that if we all ran off withthe loot in different directions, she wouldn't be able to catch us all! (After seeing her line at the event, I kinda wish we would have!) Another memory is finding out that it was Rick's (Mr. BRoKeN W's) birthday and threatening him with a bday spanking. I finally caught him off guard at the end of the evening Friday night and gave him a big smack on the a**. He turned all shades of red and now probably has a sexual harassment order against me. It was worth it though ;-) (thanks for being a good sport Rick!) My favorite memory though is probably the poker game. At GW6, a few cachers from my area had signed up for the poker game, but most of us didn't really know how to play, so we got together one night and played. None of us ended up doing well at GW6, but we had so much fun playing together that we decided to make it a monthly occurrence. Now 10 of us get together once a month and play Texas Hold'em, each of us putting in one geocoin as the ante and the top 3 places split the pot. At GCF, myself (Corey) and 2 other people (Steve and Denise from Shaggy, Scooby, and Velma) from the monthly group made the final table! It was very cool to be there with my poker buddies! To top it off, I placed 3rd and Denise placed 2nd! I was just thrilled we made the final 8, but having 2 of us place was just awesome!!

  14. There's enough in the Kettle Falls area? Sweet. I'd love to hit the northwest corner of the state. I've never been to Grand Coulee, nor anywhere else on the Columbia north of I-90. I might substitute that in for Omak/Methow if that's the case. Yea, and we need those DeLorme pages!
  15. Just to be clear, Shop99er doesn't speak for everyone on the crew. We do not feel it is disrespectful at all. Cemeteries can be beautiful places full of history. As long as it's hidden tastefully as not to disrupt anything, we see nothing wrong with it. Some people are fine with it, some are not. It's just a matter of personal opinion. We'll leave that debate to another forum, we just didn't want to be included in that erroneous statement. Where will the next tombstone be hidden.....
  16. You can find Mr Thomas here There are no cool LED's or firetacks, but it is a cache best done at night.....if you dare!
  17. Simply put, Geowoodstock is the largest annual gathering of geocachers. People come from all over the world to attend. As the event gets closer, we'll have more details out about the different things that will be going on throughout the day. There are typically classes, like GSAK for beginners and GSAK for advanced users. There will be vendors there with their geocaching wares. There are different registration levels, starting with free and working up to those who wish to get a meal, event coin, and t-shirt. You can see the registration information on http://www.geowoodstock.com There are other events that'll be popping up around GW8 as well. Like the geocoin event (it's free) Saturday night after the main event. It's a chance for people to trade and buy geocoins, or just oogle everyone's collection ;-) There will also be a Friday night Meet and Greet, where those who pre-registered will be able to pick-up their registration packets early and then they can meet up with their friends and plan their cache runs. It's a long weekend of geocaching goodness!!
