I downloaded a new version of EasyGPS to use with Firefox. When I send the waypoints to my Sportrak Pro I only get the numbers, not the waypoint cache name (I used to get both). What am I doing wrong? I've tried reading the help menus and think I just don't have a good enough understanding of how this all works. Any help out there?

I hosted an event cache in March (with two geo buddies). We had a great time. We were blessed with good weather and a great location. We'd like to host another event, but would like to do something a little different. In March, we placed 10 new caches for the event, had 40 some in a 10 mi. radius, meet in the morning for treats and chats, spent the day caching, ended late afternoon to chat some more and hand out "prizes". Since our area is getting saturated with caches, we'd like to try something different. What have others tried? I know the event needs to be interesting enough so others will be willing to make the trip.

I read an article in the paper and haven't stopped caching since! I sometimes cache with my family (husband and 2 teenagers) and sometimes with a friend. I introduced her to sport shortly after I started. Mygreatest adventures caching have been when the two of us are out for a glorious day of caching!

I know someone who lost a gps in the Elgin area. I'm passing your info along to them.

Started with the yellow Garmin e-trex and now own a Sport Trak Pro. I bought the topo CD to go with the Pro. I really shopped around on the internet, the Garage Sale Forum and e-Bay to educate myself and get the best prices. Bought both through the geocaching Garage Sale forum.

What MapSend products do you have for a SporTrak Pro? I would like the new Topo Version? By the way, I am enjoying the Pro I purchased from you. I've been out several times and it's been right on for me each trip.

I found a cheap Mapsend Streets ver. 1.0 at a garage sale. Is there any reason I couldn't download those maps to my new STPro? The case says the maps are for the 330. I know the maps are older, but thought it would be a start until I am ready to buy new software.

I've spent hours looking at this site and many other GPS sites trying to decide what to upgrade to from my basic etrex. I think I want some mapping availability, but don't travel outside a 2-3 state area. I'm not technologically gifted. The Topo seems like a good choice with the built in maps, but was hoping for some input from some of you. Any helpful tips???

I upgraded to Netscape 7.0 and now I'm not able to download waypoints from geocaching.com. I can upload from my GPS to EasyGPS. I don't have a problem using Net 4.7. Can anyone help me?
