How much map can be stuffed into 22 MB?

12MB = middle 60% of TN including Nashville & Chattanooga + north 1/3 of AL including Huntsville. Roughly a 90-100 mile radius from my home. 40MB = southern 1/4 of TN including Chattanooga + north half of AL including Huntsville & Birmingham + north haf of GA including Atlanta + western 1/3 of SC + small chunk of NC. -
