I own a cache that resembles this in a way! One of my many evil hides. some of my best logs come from it! Only a few DNF's and most of them mention the wasp nest in thier logs! If they only knew how close they came to finding it! If they would look closer they would see that the wasp never moves!
When i was younger (im only 23, so this was about ten years ago or so) I got stung by a whole hive of bees, along with some other scouts. After that day, i got a phobia of bees, i guess you could call it. I just don't like 'em. If i had "found" your cache, i may have swatted it down and stepped on it to crush the nest. Or i may have just waited till winter to come back for it. Then i would have known. LOL. I just don't like anything that stings. Mosquitoes don't count.
and what the heck is a "Blinkie"? do you guys mean Nano caches?

I will let the comments in the logs tell the story about this cache of mine. Only 1 find since placed in July 2007, and right in the middle of my home town.
I don't think that counts, as no has gone for it since March. The cache i linked on here is a bit more evil. It's got astro turf on the top of it, placed in a hillside. Yes, your cache is in a place full of mud in the Outback (is it the outback? Looks more like a city). Not to many people can find it, and the cache owner even made an event next to the cache so people could find it, with him looking on

well, im guessing that your asking if you've ever come across an evil cache. I've got one just like that for you. Gee, i wonder how many times i've posted this cache on this site.

got a weedwacker?

me, i seem to be immune to the stuff, but depends on where you live, wear pants. Try not touching your pants if you go in that area, and wash your pants/clothes when you get home
-
god luck with the cache
-
you may want to ask Vinny&Sue Team, i've heard that they got some very unique caches
-
i haven't found it, nor will i unless i have help, but that takes two people to do. I'm not sure if there are any others in this area. Im sure other people will post others

I'd let them know its missing
i wouldn't want to replace there own cache.........they may get pissed off, or you may have the wrong size

I was born and raised in the BSA. Tiger Cubs to Eagle Scout in 1997. Order of the Arrow (Vigil Honor) and so on. I served as an Assistant Scoutmaster until our Troop died with my youngest brother getting his Eagle. Then i moved and haven't located a new Troop yet because we're gonna move again shortly. My sister has her Gold Award in Girl Scouts.
The Troop literally died? or do you mean disbanded?

started on 6/16/2006 Change for a Buck was my first cache
on 8/2/2008, i found my 100th cache, an event cache "Fore" Your Entertainment . I had problems, such as not having a car till march of 07, not having a GPS till the end of 07. also got a TomTom, which has helped GREATLY!!!!!!!
oh, my first two months, i found 6....... had to wait for my caching partner for caching most of the time

The Heck With This!. Enough said. I think Irosell's even looked for this one
Every cache i go for, i log it. Found it, DNF, or needs Maintenance. I've got 25 DNF's to my name so far, most have been archived after we found it, two have been archived since i couldn't find it. I've gone back for some of them and have found them.
My caching partner doesn't like posting DNF's.........not sure why

Got my Eagle Badge a week AFTER my 18th birthday in '03. was an explorer for a time, attended the 2001 National Jamboree in Fort A.P. Hill virginia, an Assistant Scoutmaster, although i haven't been able to go to scouts for a while due to work (i love working for Kmart......) Never got into the OA.
Ever since i've been a Cub Scout, i've loved being in the outdoors. For a time i was afraid of Thunder and Lightning (a story for another day) which made camping even funner. I was the kind of kid that always got picked on (and still do, even at 23). Geocaching brought me back to the outdoors, and i love doing it. In fact, im going on a cache run today in a heavily dense cache area. I may break my record of finding 10 and DNF'ing 9 (some of those 9 i have already found).
