Can anybody tell me what the preinstalled blue chart does all I can find is the tide station there has to be more to it than that I hope. Any help would be great Thanks

I had no trouble unlocking nav 8 and I don't read the directions until after it doesn't work

It says city navigator 8 so I don't know what to tell you about it not being released. This is my first Gps so I had to bite the bullet and buy some mapping software . Thank you for the tutorial link

City navigator 8 is available at gpsnow.com I just recieved my copy yesterday and although I did not copy down the sizes the # above look about like what i had when I copied a good share of the eastern seaboard to my 76csx. It works fine and gives good detail as far as I can tell with my limited experience I'm sure as I use it more it will prove to be useful. I made a route from upstate new york to south carolina Is there any online tutorials for this product available??? I just used the trial and error method and the help that came with the program

I'm very new to this stuff but I have the 76csx and you can use easygps to download waypoints. It cannot give a blank waypoint page; you have to mark your position and go in and edit every window. Again a mislead. I can't figure out how to get a blank waypoint page either?? Maybe somebody knows how ??? Tim

Well thank you for your comments My next question is the 60 csx is available at walmart for $399 with a 64 meg card. Basspro in my area will price match. The 76csx is on sale for $439 at walmart with a $ 100 dollar rebate which makes it $339.Basspro in my area will price match. So much info so little knoweledge in this area What would you do??? Tim

I'm new to all this and was wondering if you could give me some help . I have tried the vista cx and don't know if I like it or not I'm going to give the gpsmap 76csx a try but it says in the write up it's a marine Gps. I'm just going to be goofring around with it for the most part but would like a descent one in case I get in to it more. I guess I would like to know which one you would choose and any other help you could offer . Thanks in advance
