I am new to caching and have enjoyed reading y'alls posts in this thread, is vandalism to the cache a common thing? I have a cache I am thinking about doing where I am in Utah that would be a neat cache not only for the site but the goodies inside.

Among the things listed the only thing that I have that I did not see is DUCT TAPE Handy man's secret weapon. Very handy if a quick repair of cache is needed

I would like to start a GEO CACHERS DEFENSE fund incase some clumsy S.O.B. get's hurt and decides to sue the cacher. I think that if you are going to go out on 45 degree angles use the proper saftey equipment and if finding a cache may require that sort of precaution please state so. If you want to make a buck may I suggest checking out the Class Action America website.......There may already be a class action against GeoCaching ROFL
I am new to this as well one thing I did like was the homeade CD suggestion something I thought might be useful is to have a cd with some of the neat software you can find to use with your GPS and enhance it I was surfing Google and found some awesome software. If there is not too much objection I will also include in the cache's I find an AOL cd as they are becomming kind of a collectable. And no I am not going to be trading a kewl Item for a freebie AOL CD that defeats the purpose and is almost like stealing.
