Yep.
When we've seen "caches" that are on signs, in telephone poles, gates, etc, many times they get muggled by a muggle.
"What were those people doing, spending so much time staring at that (fillindablank)?".
Look, then shrug, or give it a pitch.
I'd say muggles too, as many today seem to like those things.
I know it's probably not the case with some caches (as with the reflector), but I always wonder if small animals might carry off caches very near to the ground or in trees or bushes. Or is it a myth that raccoons like little, shiny objects?
