  2. Glad to know im not the only on having problems. It sucks, but I guess all we can do is wait for the problem to be fixed.
  3. I am....but my problems are im not getting my emails to notify me that people have found my caches. Anyone else having these problems? Or is it just me.
  4. ohhhhhhhhhhhhh, I have heard of letter boxes, but didnt know what it was a guess. thanks! Bryan
  5. I was out in a little section of the Chehalis western trail looking for a spot to place a cache, and as I walked back beind a big tree, I found a container! Thinking, wow found a cache! Opened it up, and it was filled with different ink stamps in the log book. All kinds of stamps. Did not see any names of local cachers, so I doubt it was a geocache. It was called something like Dad's van, or Dan's van. The log book was very wet, but I could make out that it was placed back in '03 and it was last found less than a month ago. I guess what im asking is, what did I find? I know it was not a GEOcache, another cache site? Thanks, Bryan
  6. Thanks everyone. I think im going to go ahead and go with the 60 CSX. Thanks again, ya'll helped me out alot. Bryan
  7. Well I have been looking for a new unit and I have decided that its going to either be the Garmin GPSMAP 60 CSx, or the Garmin Rino 530. Which one do ya'll think is better for caching. These are both just under $400 at walmart.com. Any help and input would be great. I will be ordering one tomorrow. Thanks! Bryan
  8. I have also heard good things about the Garmin Rino 530, but the people I have talked to about that are not into caching. Is this a good unit for caching? Bryan
  9. Thanks for the input. I will have to take a look at the GPSMAP 60 CSx. And Neo Geo, I didnt say how much, I said dont know much about gps units. But im looking in the 300-400 dollar area. And for what I don't like about the legend, it just seems to never be accurate up to mo more that 35 feet and it jumps around way to much when its sitting in one spot. It seems like I can be stamding in one location and it will tell me that im 20 to 150 feet away from what Im looking for.
  10. I know questions like this have prolly be asked a million times over and Ill prolly get flammed for even asking.......but here goes. I have the Garmin eTrex Legend, I like the unit so far, but I would like something better for caching. I don't really know to much about other gps units, so the search botton didnt really help me. Just got me confussed. Any help would be great. Thanks. Bryan
