Yes I have tried to redownload the Magellan communicator and still nothing.

I had to update my computer and now I am not able to get the explorist GC to cooperate. I have it connected to the PC but when I try to send it to my GPS it won't even allow me to check for my device.

I am also having problems. I used to use IE but then have been using google chrome with my explorist gc gps. When I get to my cache I want to download I hit send to GPS and then the pop up pops up but the download button won't allow me to click on it...

Pocket Queries or other ("Send to GPS") -- if you have non-Premium data (.LOC files) in the unit, you must remove it all, BEFORE loading any as Premium (.GPX files). Delete all prior cache info (data) from your unit. After that, the GPX files that you load will show all necessary data (descriptions, hints and the like). You simply cannot mix 'n match the data. It won't work, you get one or the other. Because the "old" is already present, all "new" reverts to "old". Thanks I was wondering if I was going to have to delete all of the caches and reinstall them on to my GPS.

I started out just as a basic member and downloaded a bunch of geocaches to my Magellan explorist GC. I just upgraded to premium but when I go in to the Magellan it won't let me view any description of the ones I already downloaded.

I am new to geocaching. I have an android phone and found my first geocache location. How do I enter the coordinates in to find the geocache exact location?
