Yes fair point but I really think a map would be helpful. Id like it to be as how my app works as possible.

I am not enjoying my Etrex 10 at all,would much rather use my smartphone app. Only used it a couple of times and I think I will be trading it up soon.

it will work as well, as long as you have the 3g Ipad. Bit bulky for Geocaching tho!You wont find it in the Ipad shop you have to look in the Iphone section of the shop.

One more thing before I go When I send a single cache to my GPS is it best to use LOC waypoint file, GPX file or just send to my GPS options...?

***Doing a little dance*** YEAH !!!!! WOW how do people figure all that out for themselves. That was so hard and there is no way I could have figured it out for myself . THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! the reason it wasn't under my geocache list was because I hadn't dragged it to the GPX folder like you told me to. So grateful - I may have wasted HOURS but at least I know how to do it now. Muchos Gracias. And you were right it is an Etrax 10. What do you use? Regards Mark

Right the two files are now on my Etrax. I don't know where but there on there! They are not under geocaches and they are not on the poor map.

HAHA! Yes i think I have done it!!! do I need to drag both files over?

I'm using Windows 8 and when I right click there is no option to unzip. I uninstalled GSAK from my laptop and am still not getting option to unzip.

Ok that's helpful. Thank you both! Questions 1 and 2 now sorted! still struggling with the PQ. I have 2 PQ ready for download, it's called 50 miles. How do I unzip it? If I double click it it just wants me to open it with GSAK and that's when I get the box with (PK....squiggles)in it. If I just drag it to my Garmin I have no results either. What am I doing wrong?

Folks I need a hand here as I'm wasting so much time and getting nowhere I have gone from quite happily using my smartphone to getting an Garmin Etrax10 and now feel as if I have started from scratch and getting nowhere fast. 1) when I manually send a cache to my satnav it says under description and hints that I need to be a premium member - But I am... 2) How do I delete the geocaches off my GPS. There doesn't seem to be any option? 3) PQ are really confusing me, I'm not even sure I know what they are. I believe them to be a list of local searchable geocaches that I can read and access on my Etrex 10. I have got the results but how do I get them on my etrax10? If I click on it it opens with a box and some randon squiggles.I have dragged and dropped them to my Garmin and they appear to be on there but I can't access them or at least I don't know how to. 4)I downloaded something called GSAK but I dont know why. It seems to allow me to see a big spreadsheet of PQ caches ( from the USA?!) Does anyone know what I'm rambling on about?!? Regards Mark
