Garmin GPSMap 64S Problems

I am not the best at computers, but I am hoping someone could tell me how to delete caches off my GPSMAP64st. Some of the caches are no longer available and some others I just don't want to do, but I can't figure out how to get rid of them. Any help would be appreciated. Ron
