  1. Last week I tried to play a WIG three days in a row and it would always crash at the second stage. The people that I was with did not have any problems and we both had Oregon 400t's. The only difference was I had Software version 3.5 and my friend had v3.3? or something older than v3.5. I updated to v3.8 and the cartridge ran fine. It might be some of the software versions are not stable. Just an idea.

    Home location

As soon as I posted the last post I found where I needed to go. Also under the Insta-notify Subscription there is a Choose Type option of Geocache Course.

    Home location

How do I change my home location for the "Geo Notify" e-mails? When I travel I change my home location, and now I am home and changed my home location back. Problem is that I am still getting notify e-mails for the old "travel home" location.
  4. Ran a pq this morning, shows on gc.com that it ran right away. Still waiting almost 6 hours later for the e-mail to arrrive at hotmail.com
  5. I am almost at 1.5 hours to log 5 caches.
  6. Just in the last few days I have to log in for every visit. Also the PQ's that I ran do not get delivered to me at MSN.com, but they show as being ran on GC.com
  7. Same with my Verizon / Motorola E815. Verizon has told me multiple times that it is the web sites, not Verizon.
  8. When I log on to this site I receive a message "Please access geocaching.com directly for bulk downloads" and I receive an error message on www.geocaching.com/wap/ "Geocaching.com IP Error Page" Any idea's I am using a PDA with AvantGo browser connected to my cell phone. jonsom
  9. Does anyone else not receive the pocket queries on Thursday and Friday? I have every day of the week checked. Any thoughts?
  10. It seems like every Thursday and Friday I do not receive my e-mail messaghes from my Pocket Query Generator. I have every day of the week checked, this has been going on for many weeks now.
  11. I have been out caching in between 0 and 10 degrees F and the batteries do not last very long at all. Be sure to bring multiple sets of batteries, keep them warm and when you change them, dont throw them out, I have been able to reuse them after they are warmed back up. The display does slow down too, but there are no mosquito's to deal with and so far no snow to mention either.
  12. I have not received any e-mails for my pocket queries in 3 days now? Any ideas? jonsom
  13. This is what I have been doing with the Tbugs that I have picked up. Since I have picked up a couple that I did not know the goal of the TB, now I print a copy of the goal and put it with the TB. This is a little off subject, but somewhat relevant. jonsom
  14. In searching for GC75A2 The Sunken Treasure of Fishtrap Lake my GPSr lost its signal when I was snorkeling on the surface with my GPSr less than 1 foot under the surface. It might have been because the signal was being blocked by my body too. My GPSr (Garmin) has a rating of IPX7 or submerged to 1 meter for 30 minutes.
