I have a Sportrak Pro which I have had for just under a year. I recently cracked the glass on the display (my fault). The unit appeared to work OK, but I was worried about moisture.
I contacted Magellan and they quoted me $45 plus shipping to replace the glass and case. I sent it in and had it back in 10 days total. (I mailed it USPS Priority on a Tues, they got it on Thurs, they shipped it back UPS on Tues, and I got it on Friday.)
It is indeed my same unit as the Serial Nos match. They updated the firmware, etc., and included a few goodies.
