  5. graet idea!! a bookmark list ist paired to a user. a user has his homecoords. that way bookmarks could get it’s coords and could be searchable by »hide and seek«. i would like it much more to have a »nearest bookmarks« showing on the cachesite close to »search nearest caches«. happy hunting.
  6. as i said one post before. for better understanding: click the image. happy hunting.
  7. i may be wrong but i think there’s no chance editing it on your profile’s site. but right clicking the image -> »show image in own window« will result an url [http://www.geocaching.com/stats/img.aspx?txt=View+my+profile&uid=c252865d-b65a-4b9f-abd6-b327b9fd116e ] which could be edited. copy the url and paste it where you want (your website, forum sigs etc.) just a fake: happy url modding from hamburg.

  9. the correct notation for decimal degrees is hddd.ddddd. happy hunting.
  10. that’s wrong for projection, but remains for proximity wps on gpsr. just do the proximity wp with mapsource. the circle will show on the gpsr. once done go to the projected waypoint (with 106 degrees) and follow the proximty circle 0.05mi to north. boom. happy hunting. happy hunting from hamburg. (so the maps are not as detailed as should be, sorry)
  11. you haven’t mentioned the units the projection is made from. it might help changing »mi« to »ft«. happy hunting.

  19. cachemate is the recommended app for the palm. it’s only 8 bucks and as smooth as a mac. maccmconvert is the osx app to convert the .gpx to .pdb. after syncing your palm you got all the caches on the way. happy hunting from hamburg.
