I always thought saying "thank you" was common courtesy. If someone needs more praise than that, they have other issues, just my observation. I too have just returned to caching after a long break due to a serious injury and I never thought people were hiding caches because they were seeking praise, I thought they did it because it was fun. Geocaching is a game, it's supposed to be fun, remember?

I can't believe how much effort some of you put into whining about how someone else writes a log entry. Some of us are just not very good at expressing ourselves in writing, it doesn't mean we are lazy, unappreciative, or inept at caching. If you're going to get your panties in a bunch over a stinking log entry, you should probably stop hiding caches.

Magellan has a customer service department? I gave up on them a long time ago, no more Magellans for me.

Another neat feature of the Csx is sight'n go, this allows you to shoot a point with the compass, estimate the distance, and it will give you a waypoint to navigate to. I use a lot when I'm out playing around in the desert and see some interesting thing off in the distance that I want to go check out. I just used it the other day to find an abandoned mine that my buddy was leading me around in circles looking for, we could see where we wanted to be from a hill top, but once we were down in the washes, he couldn't find his way back to it. Once I had a waypoint on my topo map, it was real easy to find a good trail to it.

Stop being a troll! If you don't want the stuff, don't buy it.

How do I access this caches along a route feature you speak of?

I've tried both sites, both do the same thing. Any ideas?

When I try to search for a waypoint on the wap page on my phone I get this message: Server errorin/system.formatException Invalid length for a base-64 char array. Method:Frombase64string partial stack trace:at system.convert.frombase64string(string s) at system.web.ul.losforn... at system.web.ul.mobilec... at system.web.ul.page.lo... at system.web.ul.page.Pr... This happens when I search by waypoint name or zip, I haven't even bothered to try searching by coords yet.

I've got a question, when will they edit the map to show paved city streets that have been in existence for over ten years?

"Save as" in my documents and you can print and read as you wish...Worked for me... Not working like that for me.

21 Pages would be a much better read if I was sitting in my recliner. How about turning on the print?
