Koi Mama

I picked up a TB with a dog tag that says Grab Life By The Horns. On the back, there is a handwritten tracking code? It appears to be a non-standard TB. It was attached to a matchbox-type car. I didn't see it specifically identified in the cache log. I can use this as a standard trade item, but I can't figure out how to log it since the tracking code doesn't register on the normal Trackable Items page. Any ideas?

There have been many wonderful improvements to the Geocaching site. However, I recently had reason to want to go back to the cache page for an archived cache (to access a hint that will help with a current cache) and I could not find it. I suspect that archived cache logs are cleaned out periodically but I do not know if they are still accessible. I would appreciate it if someone could point me in the right direction. Thanks, Koi Mama
