  1. This bug was reported nearly two weeks ago and the problem still persists. It is happening to me on multiple devices. I have EarthCache answers that I need to respond to. I just sent five separate messages to one person by accident and unchecking the press enter box serves no purpose. Please please please fix this bug!
  2. Those are the steps if I’m searching for the cartridge from the app, and that works fine. The problem is happening when clicking a link to a cartridge via the geocaching website. Or via an app that has downloaded data from the geocaching website such as cachly or the official app.
  3. Hi, For the last couple of months whenever I try to download any Wherigo cartridge to my iPhone I get the error message "An Error Has Occurred. Your request has resulted in an error. Please return to the site's home page to continue." I then click on the link for the site's home page and the same error message appears. I have checked with other people and it doesn't appear to be happening to anyone else. The only way I can download a Wherigo cartridge at present is to download it to my laptop, email it to myself, download to my iPhone then open in the Wherigo app. That works, but it's rather long winded. The same happens irrespective of whether I'm connected to wifi or downloading via 4G. Does anyone know what could be happening? Does the website just not like me or something? HHHP20 a.k.a. Graham
  4. Hi, I have emailed HQ with this but the response I have received was unsatisfactory. I had to archive a cache last year because the field puzzle element disappeared leaving the field puzzle impossible to solve. I didn't go and collect the cache because the field you have to walk through sometimes contains heifers with calves and it was calving season. A friend has offered to go and pick up the final container for me in order to prevent geo-litter, but I have discovered that I can no longer access the final hidden waypoint for the cache. This is because following the latest update the final waypoint can only be viewed by the cache owner by editing the cache page, and archived cache pages cannot be edited. So how do I find out the hidden final waypoint of a cache I owned? Graham (HHHP20)
