  6. Ok, here is mine (and I'm sure my other local cachers will agree). WHY WON"T MY GPS WORK WHEN HIDING A CACHE!!!! Sure, it will lead me to a cache when ever I am on the hunt, BUT , it knows (that evil little thing )when I hide a cache of my own! My coords are always 200 feet off.

  10. The trick is to look along your bearing and note a feature (tree, rock, clearing, whatever) and proceed towards it. When you reach it, you take another bearing on your destination, lather, rinse, repeat. (It does take practice to master.) Now this is a good idea. Tried it today, it makes treking out of the woods a lot easier...for me anyway. Thanks for the tip!
  11. Anyone have a Gecko 201 or 301 for sale. I have a 101 now and I love it. But I'm looking for a unit that supports PC connectivity. If you have one you may me looking to unload, please let me know. You can e-mail me at jmarouchoc@epix.net. I dont get on the computer that often, so please give me a couple days to reply. Thanks Jesse (webjpn)
