great I will try that tomorrow. I was surprise at how fast maps eat up the memory. I loaded around 5 regions and it equaled 7K in memory. Thanks FF

I have just upgraded to the etrex legend and I purchased the metro guide usa. How do i get some of the smaller streets that are in the metro guide to show up on the legend? The legend doesn't show anything but major roads, not the subdivison streets I would like to be able to see. Thanks Francis

I see all of these sites with the topo maps, but how can you get the map off the internet in jpeg or bmp format????

Is there anyway to download the tracks from the etrex? I would like to keep a record of where I have been. It would be nice to be able to just download the tracks and then clear them off the gps. Thanks Francis

I am a Christian, but I would not put religious materials in a cache. There are better ways to witness.
