  1. great I will try that tomorrow. I was surprise at how fast maps eat up the memory. I loaded around 5 regions and it equaled 7K in memory. Thanks FF

  3. I have just upgraded to the etrex legend and I purchased the metro guide usa. How do i get some of the smaller streets that are in the metro guide to show up on the legend? The legend doesn't show anything but major roads, not the subdivison streets I would like to be able to see. Thanks Francis

  5. From what I have learned throught the years, he is correct. I have a sister-n-law that is very liberal. Asked her if we didn't cut down trees, how were we going to build houses? She really didn't have an answer. My state produces alot of board feet of lumber. Timber is a renewable resource. FF

  12. Is there anyway to download the tracks from the etrex? I would like to keep a record of where I have been. It would be nice to be able to just download the tracks and then clear them off the gps. Thanks Francis
  13. I am a Christian, but I would not put religious materials in a cache. There are better ways to witness.
