  1. If it would of been there last weekend I would of picked it up on my way back from Bakersfield. But I wont be making that trip to my inlaws anytime soon agian. Maybe Thanksgiving..

  4. [Thank you for all your help. I got them off the mystery train and put the one where I put it last weekend. and going to do some serious caching this weekend. Maybe run into some of you out there this weekend. Or if anyone wants to join me let me know.

  6. I need someones help. I thought I took two of the travel bugs off of the Mystery Train page and loged that I have them. But I did not I put one out the other day in Bakersfield and it will not let me take them off now. ANyone have any Ideas what I am doing wrong? Thanks Greg
  7. We sat with Team alamo on the mystery train and Lee's wife did mention somthing about going back to where her daughter inlaw was having a baby.
  8. OK now I figured out a way to do it. I emailed it to myself and installed it that way... I just thought I would put this here so if any of you are having same problem
  9. Quick Install for Treo (palm) Just so you all know Quick install from palm at this time is not compatible with Microsoft Vista. So I am not sure how I can get this all to work till they come up with a fix. Thanks for all your helps.... Greg

Instead of PDF files get cachemate and import the GPX into a cachemate file using GSAK (Geocaching Swiss Army Knife) Cachemate is like 8 or 9 bucks and the GSAK is free but you get annoying reminders that you can support them. so for , I think, $15 you can get the keystring to put into it and not have the pop ups AND get better support fromt he creatopr. www.smittyware.com/intro/cachemate/ cachemate can be found at the previous URL And GSAK is at GSAK.NET (tried making hyperlinks but they didn't seem to work right for me today) Is there a good way to learn this GSAK.   11. Help with PDF files. ok I just bought the premium membership and with my Palm Treo documents to go is not compatible with Windows Vista. Anyone know of another way to read PDF on a palm Treo? or another program I can purchase? Thanks for your time. Greg

  17. Just want you to know I had a great day yestersday with my brother geocaching. He is hooked. We found 6 and that was everyone that we tried to find. And some very clever spots. THanks for all you do for this sport.. Greg (nascar fam)

  21. Ok now with all this. I have the Garmin Vista. and I have not used the map feature cause it is pretty premitive. Is there something I can download to make it better? all I have is the mapsource that came with it. Greg
  22. Garmin or Magellan? Hi, My brother is looking into buying a GPS and becoming our newest geocacher. He is looking at buying the Magellan - eXplorist 200 Do any of you own this? or would you recomend the Garmin Legend for the same money? Greg

  24. You have to watch those folks just south of Modesto. They do not play fair at all. I am sure it will not take brute very long to fit right in with those guys. See he even picked up his Cache and moved it too. I am sure it will be up in Merced soon. That is not one to miss if your ever in his area.
