Select the trash can next to the Lab Cache you want to delete. Note: Deleting a find for an Adventure Lab Cache decreases your find count on Geocaching.com but does not remove the find from the Adventure Lab app. It is currently not possible to remove a find from the Adventure Lab app.

Yes. but think.. the difference is: you deleted 4 out of 5 .. I deleted all :-) I think I should contact support.. and you should not delete all AL - that would result in the same problem for you ;-) I tried with edge and firefox

I went to my public profile.. then I open the Link behind the 130 labs.. then I get that page in the attachement. There I deleted the 5 logs with the buttons. I can't find an option to restore them If clicking on title picture, I reach a page with text & QR code to play it in the app Yes.. this is the usual way,.. but she offered me a "private" AL with the following link in the QR "https://labs.geocaching.com/goto/Koenigshofen". A friend was allowed to create a labcache with 5 stations. She tried it with her daughters smartphone.. and something was "wrong" - the pictures are not shown at all. So she asked me to help. Her own smartphone won't work (my lab is public - I can see it and play the five stations... ok.. not the problem today) OK.. we made a test.. I got the QR code link, it was set private (I think this was the problem) So we played.... now we wanted to test another time ( I updated the app from google store, she wanted to change something) ..But.. how can I delete my founds? OK.. on my profile page on geocaching.com I deleted the five logs. It is now shown with "0" points. The counter is back .. But in the adventure lab app... it is still completed I'm not able to reset the "activity" in the adventure lab or one of the five sations. So I'm caught in a trap.. I cannot help testing. I cannot play anymore.. but the five "founds" are gone too - I cannot restore them..... OK five more or less.. but it is a technical issue :-)

what the hell are you doing? In germany we call it "Verschlimmbessern" what means "doing something worse thru thinking doing it better". I'm really happy, that the old search works on and now the dashboard gets a redesign thats horror. - you're wasting space - you have no more overview over all logs - it's quite colourful, what will not help - you have to use it on a mobile browser too. There are the old designs much better - I'm not interested in logs of my friends. The dashboard is an information for me and my account. If I want to know, what my friends will do - I watch for my self. Should I kill now all friendships to get back the overview of my account? I can use email notifications for caches around me. That's enough please stop the team, that's doing redesigns.

I'm really sad, seeing you repeating your biggest mistake on 'cache types'. With changing some little rules, you won't prevent cachers 'creating' (creative) powertrails with not fulfillable orders. These were the reasons of stopping 'challenges'. We have some of these caches. Please extend possibilities of ignoring caches/cachers. We will see - the problems will repeat. Yes... some challenges had a nice idea.... but most of them I've seen.... forget them. Geocaching means fun, nature - not being dissappointed and chasing for statistics to reach challenges

ok... if it happens.. I have to log on in Firefox and restart Thunderbird one or two times.. then I will getno error and see the picture in the heading of the email

I'm not very happy about the reintroducing challenge caches. Here in germany several cachers exaggerated them. The rules to be allowed for logging were so complicated, that some "crazy cachers" needed months to fullfill the rules. If I think about wasting petrol, time and disturbing nature for one cache and its rules? I think there is no ballance between fun and real life. OK.. I use my ignorelist. But we have Cachers, that built up powertrails with challengecaches. I think, that will happen again in germany. If I think about the blocking of the old way. There were several cachers very sad, that their new "higher wider better challenge cache" could not be published any more. Sure. it's a game. everyone plays it with his own rules and preferences. But... I think the biggest amount of cachers - loves easy, normal caches, normal riddles,.... The rules for challenges should define a framework, that the accomplishing of the demands should be less dangerous and done in a real timeframe. No one wins, if nature has to suffer from cachers without regard.

Hello I've read about the change of the starting page of www.geocaching.com. So I tested it - ok.... I'm one of the 'test candidates'. I get a redirection to the new useless search page. So I have to give you the feedback about your idea. - my startpage, when visiting geocaching.com is my account page: /my/default.aspx - if I want to search geocaches, I use pocket queries or the old and very useful searching page /seek/

I found an solution. I changed the email security of my geocaching-email-account. I disabled the option "use secure authentication". This does not make sense. I don't want to connect to geocaching.com. This will be the connection to my pop3-account. But because of having found a ssl-link.. it get's in trouble. it seems mozilla foundation has disabled sslv3 because of an error - and now *all* emails of geocaching.com will cause a security error message

I get that errormessage, while reading each email in mozilla thunderbird. After clicking OK, I see the email, without the picture shown in the green belt. Under that picture I see a link to : https://www.geocaching.com. Is there the reason? This is a new error. It occurs on older emails too. What have you changed on communication with geocaching.com?

Why hasn't Groundspeak answered yet? I have not read any positive post. Neither here nor in other forums. No-one wants this new email design

yes.. same here .. I use K9email on Android-Samsung-S5mini - and thunderbird on Windows8.1 with 1280/1024. At both devices I could not see anymore all information. The last change (some months ago) on the email notification was a step back on topic "user friendly" reading. But now, you have to scroll a lot.. and .. the new bright green is terrible too. ;-)

Nochmal hier im deutschen Forum. Heute mittag konnte ich am PC keine Listings mehr oeffnen. Alles verrutscht und untereinander. Klasse. (Firefox 40.0.2) Das hat sich jedoch gegeben - passt wieder. Dafuer kann der Opera Mini auf Android mir keine Logs mehr anzeigen. Weder unten, noch bei "view logbook" sehe ich irgendwelche Logs. Ich habe das jetzt schon hier im Webseitenforum auf englisch geschrieben. Wer nutzt noch Opera Mini auf seinem Android und koennte das mal bitte testen. Danke S5mini Android 442

hello today I saw that there was an update on the website. the layout was totally wrong on german afternoon. now ... tonight I can't see log on the cache listing and in the logbook links. there is displayed nothing. i try to upload a screenshot. yesterday all was ok http://coord.info/GC62A75 (my cache) http://www.widdi.de/gc/trommel1.png GC5Z3V2 visited cache http://www.widdi.de/gc/trommel2.png my cache viewed with standard android browser http://www.widdi.de/gc/trommel3.png (screenshots too large for inline display) so it is a problem of opera mini with your changes

i read the thread - i totally disagree with the idea of the messagecenter. i also hope for a possibility, to turn it off. you can disable friend requests. .. you should disable this feature also. on a smartphone you cannot use it and you dont need it. the free app I have installed. and i will turn of the feature to bring up notices to the android system bar. it us annoying. the main reason to deinstall the tool totally is the fact that is more useless than the app you pay dir. the older app is better. third party tools are better - yes. but the older gs app is better than the new one. back to topic... it is very inconvenient to read the message... search the person on the website and write an email..... the old possibility withbemails and linjs to the prodiles was the vest and is still the best. please give us the possibility of disabling the message center. it makes all more complicated. i will ignore in the future the questions answers and messages sent via mc. i will write that to my profile too....

ok.. I'm filling in a new multicache. the new forms are terrible. I pushed the forms forward, so I get a listing page. With that, I use the three normal menus on the right side: "Edit, Edit Attributes, Waypoints" nothing else makes sense.

hello Groundspeak, what have you done? If I think to the changes since 2011/2012. geocaching.com gets less and less useable. the two green ribbons on the top of the page made the navigation on the page on touch screens more and more difficult. sometimes you opened wrong pages, because you expanded a menue. Now you took away the smaller and brighter green menue bar. The upper one has only one item on the right side. Why? The new white one - where ends the menu, where starts the page? push the menu items back into the dark green menu. Don't waste space. wasting space and getting bad sable menus. what have you done with "finding" and "hiding" a cache? Where are the old pages? the new ones aren't visceral. and.. they're wasting a lot of space on a monitor. The old pages had a structure. You could enter all informations you needed. I was happy of being able to search on a smartphone too. the new searching page is on a smartphone.. umh.. ahh.. please give us back a normal page. "clicking" on the menu items is gambling. Searching a location wont work on pc and smartphone. you should better increase the server power. In germany we can't use geocaching.com in the evening. We have to wait wait wait.... If you are out with you're smartphone this get bigger problem: bad radio network and bad server connection.

Here you can see the advantage of the old version http://www.widdi.de/widdi/gc/screenshot_emails.jpg on the left side you see my directory structure for sorting. On the right pane you see, that the subject doesn't fit to an resolution of 1280x1024 the only problem, that stays... thunderbird protects me from foreign content (privacy) - you see the popup on top of the email text. This is something, I can configure in another way on thunderbird. and on my smartphone I can read the subject again. It's a lot shorter
