Please can anyone help, I make a list of caches on my computer, the list goes to my phone but not on the computer to download to my Garmin GPS. Very clear instructions please not a computer person.

Hiya you are very gps savvy, we have just bought a new Garmin etrex 10 only started using it yesterday we are oldies but love caching. Before we had a Magellan which my husband loved but it won’t download caches anymore, says plug in found but send to gps not working. Should we just ditch that one now. Many thanks Pam

Hi I have borrowed my daughters magellen explorist gps its the green one. I go to download a cache and it says magellen plugin found, the download button light up but when clicked it won't download, I've got windows 7 and internet explorer browser, all worked fine before .Thanks Pam

Please can anyone help, my Magellan explorist GPS seems to of lost everything, grey screen with help, run X, tried reset button but won't do anything, need simple instructions please.

I had no bother sending caches to my GPS with windows 7 now with windows 10 it won't send to GPS and won't recognise Magellan plug in even though I have downloaded it. I need very clear simple steps please Could it by my browser. Thanks in advance.

please can anyone help me, I can't load geocaches onto my gps, it keeps saying magellen communicator not found, I have installed it and it is enabled, I don't know what else to try , driving me mad and we want to go caching, it used to work ive got windows 10. thanks in advance

Please can anyone give me step by step help..I have a Windows 7 computer and I have upgraded to Windows 10. I have a Magellen gps but cannot download caches onto it. I downloaded the plug in but it still won't work. Very frustrating. Thanks for reading.

I have just been given a garmin h for my 60th as I would like to use it for geocaching, been doing it without so far, but not sure how to set it up or enter caches, I would be really grateful and would like a step by step clear instruction for an oldie. Read instructions and manual but still no luck. PLEASE HELP.
