  3. Three more hours Which foot is that on? That depends on what foot is first and how many fingers he has. Or which way the wind blows if your counting fingers with your toes... I;m trying to work this out but I come up with a different answer every time I try...
  4. Three more hours Which foot is that on?

  11. Being a little tired from working construction in the cold all day, I wasn't feeling too super when I got home. But what's this ??? A bubble mailer ??? What a great surprise this coin is to receive today !!! Thank You Very Much mystery coin sender, you have a big heart and you are a SUPER person to do something like this. We feel honored to receive this gift... You made our day !!!
  12. Ah-ha !! Now we know the secret identity !!
  13. I'm sorry, but as a CO I would delete your logs and photos ASAP. They are only taking the fun of the hunt out of the game for other cachers. The hunt for the cache is an important part of the game as is not knowing what kind of container it is that you are hunting for.
  14. Congrats !! Very cool !! But beware... This hobby is very fun and addicting... Mrs rb1 & I have only had one 12 day streak of no finds in the last 2 1/2 years... between our 1st and 2nd day of caching. In fact, we gotta head out today for a little more fun !!
  15. I love that coin and have been looking for the Carpe Diem mystery coin for what seems like forever. I'm sure it will sell for more than I ever could afford to pay for it... but PLEASE don't ever cut one in half to see the inside of the coin... my heart would be broken in half knowing that happened.
  16. Sometimes, I think the special tools could be a magic crystal ball and a lucky rabbits foot...
  17. Yes, that is a very nice interview... good job !! We too enjoy your designs and have quite a few in our collection... still more to get. That's good news about the native american series.. we really enjoy these. Thanks for the good interview and the beautiful coins you design.. we love em !!
  18. Yes, Merry Christmas to you all and have a Happy New Years !! Thanks...
  19. We picked up a set of these nice coins today at a local event... but Mrs.rb1 says I can't have them until Christmas...
  20. I bought my gpsr in 2001, got confused on how to operate it, took the batteries out of it and sat it in the drawer. (I don't have or know how to use a cell phone either.) In 2012 I put the batteries back in it and began geocaching. The only thing I know how to do now is to watch the coord #'s change as I walk, so that is the only help I get from the gpsr. The planning for the day takes some time. Before caching, I read the listing of each cache, look at a map, write down the coords and make notes in my notebook... (8.5x11)size, take my clipboard, a pen and tb's, and take off for the hunt. I bet I have more fun and a greater sense of achievement than a lot of others do when they make a find. This is now my favorite hobby along with geocoin collecting. I'm just guessing, but I don't think I would have as much fun using a phone or a newer gpsr that makes caching easier.
