It's stopped working for me today as well. Hope this gets fixed soon, as the brose map is much more versatile than the search map.

I'm having issues emptying all entries from lists with over 500 entries (due to not being able to show 1000 at a time). I can select the first 500 and delete them, which then shows the second page, but I cannot select all for the second page unless I refresh the page. Deleting all entries in a list is useful for repopulating automatically generated lists, e.g. D/T caches required.

I'm having the same problem getting any image to load for a new cache.

I like to keep logs with the correct dates, but I'm now considering logging everything as I go using the app, rather than trying to write proper logs using a keyboard when I finish. It means logs will just be "TFTC", as I hate trying to write long texts on a crappy phone keyboard. Seriously, why is this such a problem?

@Frau Potter Can you confirm that the team is still working to fix this annoying bug? 5 months and counting, and though there is the get-around of using the old logging system, having to set the log type every time is almost as annoying as remembering to change the date with the new system.

Over four months now. I'm told by an expert that all that's required is setting a session cookie, so I really don't understand why this still isn't fixed. Do Groundspeak even care?

[BUG] Caches have disappeared from the Browse map.

Seems to be working again now. Just wish they could fix the sticky date bug that quickly. -
Bug: Caches Not Showing Up As Found on Map or Profile
Optimist on the run replied to Arkanada110's topic in Website
I have the same problem - no caches showing on the browse map., although it's working on the search map. -
It's now been two months and it still isn't fixed. This is no longer merely frustrating; I am now getting angry that Groundspeak don't seem to care. It should be a simple bug to fix, but all they seem to care about is setting more and more ridiculous souvernirs. I have 31 caches to log today that I found yesterday, and will have to waste time fixing the date on every one.

Are there any third party websites (not apps) that will allow me to log caches from my laptop? I'm sick to death of having to repeatedly edit my logs to fix the found it date because I haven't logged it on the day in question.

Still not working. Please revert this to the way it used to work.

Viewing more than 500 favourites at once.

Perfect - thanks! -
I have now awarded 502 FP to caches I've found. Is there any way I can view these all in one page, as the default page limits to a maximum of 500?
-
I think that was part of the problem. When the problem first occured, I disabled all my add-ons, including the script blockers. All is working again now.

After some experimentation, it seems to be my ISP (Virgin Broadband) that's causing issues. If I connect through my mobile data hot-spot it works fine. With Virgin Broadband, it seems to hang up with Google Analytics.

Seems to be a browser issue. It works on Edge, but not on Firefox, at least for me.

Anyone else having problems accessing the browse map at present? All I get is a blank map, and no options.

Weekly leaderboard hijacked - AGAIN
Optimist on the run replied to Optimist on the run's topic in Website
Yes, it was originally introduced as a way of comparing your finds with friends, and when it's not used for promotions it resets every Monday. TBH these promotions are getting a little tedious. -
Yet again the weekly friends league leaderboard has been taken over for use with the latest souvenir promotion. This time it's going to last a whole year. Is it not possible to create a new leaderboard for the souvenirs, and allow us to compare weekly statistics as before?
-
As I've said before, I hope this isn't going to be used as an excuse to get rid of the browse map.
