  1. OK folks - Since I'm the jerk that seems to have started this nonsense, I say lets drop it. I already apologized to the parties involved (directly - using my actual business email - no hiding). To all vols and Groundspeakers - Please pardon any personal offense you may have taken by my poll post. I hate to advocate drugs, alcohol, violence, or insanity to anyone, but they've always worked for me. Hunter S. Thompson (1939 - )
  2. If you have submitted a cache for approval, please evaluate the approval process as done by TennesseeGeocacher. [This message was edited by DeadPollyParrot on August 20, 2003 at 08:31 AM.]
  3. Team Jed: I've got the same problem. I have 3 vcaches I'd like to 'place', but the vacation and approval process is a deal killer. Two of mine are Federally protected and guarded by Texas Rangers 24 hours a day. Hmmm... probably doesn't need maintenance. Perhaps the desire to scribble in a logbook has turned to obsession.
  4. Bit, dude !! Call me later, running out of stash. Polly
  5. See my log entry for Bling-Bling. I live about 3 blocks away. I stashed my GPS when I realized you were 'in the hood' of the Golden Fleece. Cachers seem to watch their path, and not their surroundings. Thanks for the free find. DPP

  7. I just plotted the WN7 Bling-Bling cache on a topo map - the micros and main - does anybody see an unusual pattern when viewed from above? Connect the dots. Spooky.

  9. It seems the WN7 enjoyed the ribbing I gave in Sundays' posts from Herb Parsons !!! Seriously demento group. They claim their first cache will be the 'Golden Fleece' of the Mid-south (whatever that is). Looking forward to more close encounters of the strange kind. Blodlizrd is still a wimp.
