Just to let everyone know.. Thanks to Dan (sharpshutr) I now have a GPS.. Had a great time visiting with him, his wife and kids. We even had some time to find a cache.. thanks Dan I had a great time

I failed to mention what I have to trade for a GPS. I have a 22 cal rifle winchester model 190 in very good shape and a canon rebel x with flash and extra lens also in excellant shape.. it has been hardly used thanks for reading

Thanks.. I never thought about that. Yes a PDA would not survive a swim in the water let alone a good bounce off the ground.. Thanks for the info

I am interested in getting a GPS. has anyone tried the magellan gps for the handspring visor.. If so is it workh it and how does it differ from a regular GPS good bad or indifferent thanks

Hi.. I am looking to purchase a GPS but ,I as everyone else is confused as to what to get.. I have a visor deluxe and I am wanting to know if anyone has tried the GPS companion for the visor. If so how does it compare to a regular GPS of whatever make. Would it be worth getting? thanks for taking the ime to answer my question

Hello, I am very new to the geocache world. I read about it in the local paper. I am very interested and want to get started ASAP.. I am short on funds.
