Do you think GC would really approve a KKK coin or foul language, seriously.

When we first started this coin last year the idea of the coin was to enable the buyer to be able to have the GC numbers of their first find and hide put on the coin, due to cost we had to change that idea to the current coin you see today. Just thought I would post.

As Erik said there are lots of coins out there that have done and said much worse that's why I though using the name "First Time" and the cherry icon were harmless and not offensive.

Groundspeak was the one that asked for the name and icon change otherwise it would still stand as it was in the beginning. Yes that's true but until I was contacted by GS I had not received one single complaint about the coin I had actually gotten a few compliments in the comments section of some orders. I still have yet to receive one email complaining about the coin. So up until GS got a hold of me I had no idea that anyone was offended by the coin.

I wasn't trying to "sneak" anything through, when GS asked me a few questions about the coin I answered them 100% honestly I am not a fool I would never attempt to "sneak" something past GS how would that be good for my business? I thought the coin would be funny and people would get a laugh, some did some did not.

Since we are all being honest here can anyone honestly say that had the coin had its current name and icon would you still think anything sexual about the coin.

Sure you can, if I chose to name the coin First Time Caching and give it the current ammo can icon I am pretty sure none of us would be having this conversation.

Hey guys and gals, sorry if I said anything mean to anybody I quit smoking a few weeks ago and once I started reading this thread i got a little edgy. So.... Broken W does not need to grow up, I have met them they are good folks and grew up a long time ago, sorry. LadyBee4T.... Sorry but you always are the first to jump on the bandwagon and complain about my coins when ever you can you have done it every time. I should not be mad its your opinion and your right, I guess its kind of like a hobby for you and that's cool. Post what you want about the coin see what you want if it offends you I am truly sorry as it was not my intentions. Our mistake was the name of the coin and the icon of the coin may have put a very small group of people into a frame of mind that assisted them in thinking what they think about the coin, we were only trying to be funny NOT offensive. So with that said I am going to go take some Excedrin Tension Headache, thanks for all the orders and PMs you guys rock!
