  1. Win 7 using firefox. Do not use touchscreen. Have been using this system for a good number of years. Have used the note section alot as it is a great feature. Used a notebook when I started in 06 (paper).
  2. Yes. Tried that and also highlighting text. Whatever I tried the next keystroke took me half way down the page. This is a new problem for me. Yet the phone does not have it.
  3. I have a question about personel notes. I save things like how I solved puzzles and such. Now I cannot edit them on PC but can on phone. Is there a known but whith this feature?
  4. GC1V6K3 is big enough and at edge of range.
  5. I have not personaly done this one but have heard rave reviews. http://coord.info/GC15NP2 Sight Unseen. I hope to make it there some time too.
  6. Always glad to cache with another in the area. I always cache with my two golden retrievers. Let us know when you are available.
  7. In the Allentown area a neat one to do and is favorited alot is GC18130 THE HUNT FOR THE GOLDEN SKULL.
  8. Is this one possible to complete? May of 2000 is ok. Ran PQ for June 2000 and radius of 25000 miles results in zero caches. My question is, can this really be done by someone with only five years experience? Thanks S&S
  9. Pike county in NEPA is a tick hot spot. A recent day hunting grouse on the SGL and we picked close to a hundred for the day. As a kid we never saw a one.
  10. I had one that we were waiting for the return of the virts since after three tries keeping a container there did not work. Wrote it up like a virtual. http://coord.info/CX154F Downside- find nice spot and post a challenge since container does not work. Collective owns it. Tried one that fit the idea of a virtual but am soured by the experience.
  11. Glad to see O finally has some help. Woof woof
  12. We have quite a few on the PA SGL. The game lands for now have no policy. We do disable all caches during bear and rifle deer season to respect the hunters that bought the land. Us being one of them. As far as the 25$ fee the mismanagers are doing the proverbial shot in the foot.
  13. We from time to time check on tb's we have moved. Without creating a big watch list we only check infrequently. The link for "View past Trackables" no longer works on cache pages. Is there a fix for this?
  14. Can we get the e-mailed version back. Anyone using Vista is stuck with "where is put now?" Thanks
  15. That is a question we have been wondering about also. Hope some one knows and posts it.
  16. We kept ours. It is a nice keepsake for making the trek to the other side of the state. Was it worth it for the tourism department? We spent a week in the area and stayed at the local campsites, bought food and various other stuff along the way, so yes. We have moved along some of the AGT coins that had been released. The dogs loved the trek too. Woof woof.
  17. We are loyal dog cachers. We put alot of time and energy into training to stay close and help with the search. Taking the dogs for a hike is why we started doing this. Most of our cache hides are very dog friendly. Thanks for the post. S&S
  18. Was looking for information for the pre-event hike location and time. Planning on being there just need the where and when.
  19. If you only plan on trying caching you picked the correct way to start. If you plan to stick with it at all or try some of the other challenging types of caches we recommend looking at a more advanced gps unit. Whatever brand, they all have their good points. Just do not sell yourself short then need to upgrade very early on. Hope you enjoy your first outings. Good luck.
  20. Wondering if Groundspeak can take this over as part of Premium membership. This is required for all the county challenges and Delorme challenges. Also challenges for the fizzy 81 and chache accross america. If this fails then how can these caches stay viable? S&S
  21. If no NNJ cachers log an intent, we would be glad to adopt. Please let us know where you are going. S&S
  22. I am sure I am not alone about this one. Adoption is a good thing. S&S
