I logged this story here (GCNBZ3) but figured I would share it in the forums too... Didnt find this one, but my brother (AUengineer) and I were accused of something quite interesting. We pulled up near the area and parked. There was a truck coming so we just hung around our truck until he passed. When he did, he stared us down like we had done something wrong. After he had gone on his way and was completely out of sight, we got to looking. About 10 minutes later when we hadnt found it, we decided to call it a day and come back when there were far fewer muggles. On the way back to the truck, the staring man drove back by. This time he stopped. "What are you guys up to?" "Just looking around" "Looking? For what?!" We went on to describe what we were doing, sensing that he was quite suspicious of us hanging around the area. Then he said something that really shocked us both. "With so much terrorism goin on, I just want to keep my eye out!" Haha! And I dont think he really trusted us yet. I truly think that he thought we were terrorists. After a good laugh, we just kinda shrugged him off and went on our way. I have thought about a cop questioning me for looking around certain areas before, but never have I thought that someone would mistake us for terrorists! Sorry for the long log - just wanted to tell that story. ---- Aside from the regular qestions like "what are you doing?", have any of you ever been accused of anything crazy?

I once hunted a cache that had multiple decoys. One was a film canister with a laminated piece of paper saying "Nope... not it". The others were similar, and there were at least 4 other decoys... I never found the real thing. It was kinda neat since I had never seen anything like that...
