we started caching a few years ago we hid 1 cache since then we have rejoined with new names can we transfer our hides and finds

i am a newbie i hav hid 2 new caches but only 1 shows up i hav been to drafts and done all that stuff but still now show

i found a travel coin and hav tried to find it at geocaching.com but cant it has geopilger on the paper slip and MYJPZE on the coin help me somebody
