  1. Actually you will have to buy $200 worth of software and it still wont be able to do what you say your magellan software can do, BECAUSE you cant run both of the GARMIN programs at the same time and they dont overlayer each other. So you will have to run one or the other, you cant run both at the same time. Cary in SD
  2. There will be an organizational meeting for a Geocaching Club in Sioux Falls, SD at the Ronning Library, which is lockated on 49th Street and Southeastern drive. 3. Garmin came out with the 60CSx and 60Cx to replace the old 60C and 60Cs. 2 major differences are that it has a better receiver and has removable storage. Some folks like the older models better. They are still available for purchase from some dealers. Cary
  4. For those of you thinking on getting the Garmin C or CS models (legend, vista, 60) be aware that they are DISCONTINUED. yes they are still available at a discount, but the x models are being discounted too. Most of you know this, but i am sure you all dont. Cary in SD
  5. No question for now, The best priceon a 60CSx or 60CX is at gpsdiscount.com IF you buy the package with either Garmin TOPO or Garmin City Select software. They cant discount the price of the unit if you buy it alone, but if you buy the software package, the software is almost free. Must have to do with some internet fair sales policies from Garmin. I ordered mine from them and got it within 3 days . Shipping no charge by fed ex. I would order again from them. Cary in S.D

  19. I've seen a lot of caches in Sioux Falls and surrounding areas of the East River and was just curious as to how many people are active in the forums, I check back on the forums as much as I can, mainly to lurk around for information and geocoins that I like to collect, trade or grab. Met up with some nice folks in my little area of Lake Andes that enjoy doing this so I said I would post and see who else was out there. Thanks for the reply and I will leave this post running for awhile longer to see who else might respond. Happy Hunting Hi, I am new to the hobby and live in sioux falls.
