  1. The whole point of premium member only caches is that they're only able to be found by premium members. I feel that if you're into the game enough to put the effort into "backdoor logging", then you're into the game enough to give back a bit. I mean, it's relatively cheap to get a premium membership. I understand the "family" aspect (who wants to drop $ on a premium account for a kid?), but if you're a grown adult and you're into geocaching....just get a premium account. It's worth it in the long run. I will say I've had some basic members log my premium caches and it does irk me a little bit, but I'd never delete their logs. Those caches were meant exclusively for premium members, though...not basic members. So how is it fair that a basic member gets to utilize a service that others have to pay for?

  2. I've done almost every Wherigo in the mid-atlantic region (almost). I have 51 played/found as of today and 5 hidden in NJ and DE. I believe my home state of NJ only has about 11 or 12 wherigos. Over 100 wherigos in Michigan? Sounds like I need to take a road trip!

  3. That sounds about like my method! Only difference is that I use Google Chrome paired with Download All Files. I originally had trouble with the Android browser downloading the files as "htm" files. Took some time to figure out that I needed a different browser to actually download the GWC files properly. This is a great piece of information for Android users, thanks for posting!

  4. This easiest way I've found to download a cartridge and use the whereyougo app on my Galaxy S3 is to download the following - Google Chrome Browser and Download All Files. Both apps are free and they help enormously. The android browser only downloads cartridges as "htm" for some reason, however google chrome will download the proper "gwc" file. Simply download the cartridge in Google Chrome, MOVE the cartridge to the "whereyougo" folder using Download All Files (if there is no whereyougo folder on your phone, simply create one). Now, when you open whereyougo and press start....voila!
