Hello from a fellow Newbie! Here's a link that tells you about the apps. https://www.geocaching.com/account/welcome There is a free app and another app that costs 9.99 - but I think I read somewhere that the free one is no longer being updated. The fun factor far outweighs the cost in my opinion!
