  5. I'm willing to give it a try.
  6. Thank you Packanack for another great Sunrise Step Off. It was nice to see some friends again and it was nice meeting Wjgrun on his first Sunrise Step Off. He got to share in the team FTF on "Dead Mans Cache" although he had to take a few bee stings in the process.
  7. That's right - the more the merrier! You will get to meet a group of very nice people (and Packanack too) and you will have a 1/9th share of a FTF if we are lucky.
  8. GC1VPF0 - A string of DNF's, Killer Bees, what more could you ask for? Count me in for this one.
  9. I would be interested in attending. I had a great time doing the Central Park Bike Ride yesterday!
  10. Actually, a few members of Packanack's group did not have the sense to come in from the rain and did complete the tour although it is true that we did not go after any geocaches.
  11. Thanks John, for another great hike! This was a lot of fun as it had some ruins, old mine pits, interesting (and really big) rocks, a great trail and thanks to BrianSnat, some geocaches to find. Top that off with a great group of fellow hikers and it made for a perfect hike. It was also nice to have the CO, the famous BrianSnat, along with us.
  12. I'll be there. It sounds interesting.
  13. RidgeRunnerJoe, Ramapo and I will be there.
  14. I'm interested in doing the hike.
  15. I am interested in doing the carriage road ride at Minnewaska State Park for October and doing a Terrace Pond --High Points hike in October or November. .
  16. Brian, Here are the coords for parking lot "C". Most of the caches in the Skylands/Shepherd lake section of Ringwood State Park are accessible by bike. They are either near a bike trail or one of the woods roads. 18. Thank you Packanack Weathernowcast for another great Sunrise hike today. I got to meet some more geocachers and I got to find some really neat caches with a great group! It was a lot of fun and "Edisons Dark Rock Cache" was the best.
  19. RidgeRunnerJoe and I will be there. It sounds like it will be an interesting hike.
  20. Thank You Packanack for organizing another great hike. It was great to see some old friends and to meet some new ones today and we got to practice our bridge building and bushwhacking skills too! I look forward to the next hike.
  21. ..and once in a while we find a geocache. ..and once in a while we place a geocache or two!
  22. I spoke with Packanack, who was out checking the roads, and he said that he feels it would be best if the hike was called off today due to the bad road conditions.

  24. It sounds good to me. You can add me to the list!
