I was told to spread the battery contacts, as a slight break in the circuit due to vibration could cause the pointer to disappear. Then I was told to redownload the software as there may have been a problem with the upgrade download. Then I was not given another explanation of what could cause the problem. VERY FRUSTRATING.

Received mine in the mail and am planning on the quickest way to get it on it's way to Jordan. Could be a major problem. I will put it in motion though and look for others to help them reach their goals.
