With GSAK it is easy.
1. Download GSAK: phttps://gsak.net/index.php
2. Download Pocket Query from Geocaching.com
3. Add PQ into GSAK database
4. Filter Database from Search -> Filter and see "General"-tab
5. Set Full text Search "FTF" or whatever you used in your logs.
6. Set Where to Search "Logs"
This Filter will return you all your logs containing word "FTF". By double-clicking those caches you see your log and you can see if it was really FTF log or did you just use those letters for something else.
