While I am not a terribly active geocacher, the dogs and I do enjoy getting out now and again and hunting for a cache. In this topic, I was reminded about how far we, as a once united people have fallen. To be reminded that the mere fact of honoring our veterans is a potentially disqualifying effort is beyond description. We wouldn't be able to do this were it not for the sacrifices made by the men and women that have given their time and sometimes their lives to this nation. This is not about relgion, class, ethnicity, race or politics. It is about the efforts of men and women willing to do what most others are not. My thanks to those on this forum that honorably served and my contempt to those that while able, chose to sit on their butts and leave the business of freedom to men and women better than they.
