And here in New Zealand we too are having all the same issues as described above. I even updated all my software on the computer as we thought that was the issue but no, nothing has changed. We're planning on a big caching weekend so really hope you guys get things sorted asap.

I've established that the files are in the GPS but for some reason they didn't save under their cache name so don't appear in any lists. I've re-saved some and they have appeared where they should. My father has had the same issues with his GPS in the last 2 days, so perhaps this is an issue arising from the downloading site.

I have been using my etrex 20 for a month and everything has been fine. I downloaded about 100 new caches last night the way I normally do. It said I had successfully saved the file etc. Turned the GPS on today and none of the caches are showing in the GPS. Looking at the file on the computer, it shows that I did download the files. Help, I've missed out an a whole day of caching because of this....
