Thanks. Just what I was looking for.

On my larger Garmin Unit there is an option on the map screen to navigate to the map pointer location instead of having to select a waypoint, address, etc. This sure would be helpful if someone could tell me how to do this. Thanks.

2-3 weeks?? Is that how long it takes Garmin to ship the update CD's?

I've read a few different opinions on this site regarding the release date of the City Navigator v8. I'm going to be travelling soon and would like to move up from CitySelect v6 to v7, but not if the new one is just around the corner. Any thoughts??

Thanks for the help, I don't know why I had it in my head that it was a 256.

I just got my new 60Cx, but whenever I try to download maps from MapSource it tells me that I am attempting to download "107.3MB, but only 58.5MB are available." I thought this GPS came with the 256MB card? Anyone else have this problem? Thanks for any help.

Probably the Legend. I don't have much use for an altimeter or an electronic compass.

I think the choice between these two units comes down to 1.the larger screen, 2. faster refresh rate, and 3. better accuracy with the 60Cx OR 1. smaller overall size, 2. longer battery life and 3. lower sales price of the eTrex Cx. How significant are these differnces? Are there any other differences between these two units I should consider before purchasing?? Thanks for any advice.
