  1. I won't be getting out this weekend, but next weekend I will see if the cache is there and move the TB along.
  2. I am a project engineer for a paper company, so I cant say that I'm a 100% supporter of paperless caching (just kidding).
  3. great movie, wondering if the used old yellow to find it
  4. I have run across plenty of child related trade items in recent caches, however I was interested in hearing what you as a mature cacher would like to see in a cache. I know we would all like to run across some real cash, but what cheap items do you like to find. As for myself, I enjoy running across pocket knives , gift cards, and a compass.
  5. I have to agree that it is totally different, I enjoy the challenge that come from playing golf, but I have a completely different rush when it comes to the challenges faced in caching. However, caching is usually alot cheaper
  6. Another question, I am using easyGPS and when I downloaded the cache waypoints to open on easyGPS they all transfered fine but had close but different coords? Any ideas
  7. Well I got my Eagle back in 02. I'm not sure how "wimpy" scouting is anywhere else, but the troop that I was in was anything but, I remember the all night "dirt clod" fights, smoking out of homemade corn pipes, and bloodly smear the queer football games, not to mention the usual harassing of any other troops that we may run across. I made some good friends and I can only hope that when I have kids, that they can be involved in a troop like mine.
  8. I have an etrex legend as well and it was simple to use, inexpensive, and everything i needed for geocaching (of course I wish I had $400 to buy a GPSmap 76csx but that will have to wait)
  9. Just tell them that you are unable to divulge that information at that time and then add that it would be in their best interest to move away from the area.
  10. Well I did a micro not too long ago that was well hidden in the back of a movie theater parking lot, yeah not the most scenic area, but having working at a movie theater once I can appreciate this one because I spent a good deal of time "out back". However, I still enjoy the traditionals over the micros
  11. Don't know any good caches but the best BBQ around is at the rendevous lounge.
  12. I have been having trouble maintaining a sat. signal even under light tree cover, Is this just an issue common for the Legend or is there anything I can do to get a better signal. I have not downloaded all the updates for the device yet could that be an issue?
  13. Well my name is Andy and my SN comes from the commercial as well, plus 32 was my football jersey number in high school
  14. I have to agree with cooperation with the police, but as stated earlier they should have GPS and access to a computer, all they would have to do is go the GC.com and check to see if there is a cache in their coordinates. However, we now have the issue of the nutjob out there
