yes the Mount does work perfectly with the Sportrack unit you have, so does the software.

ok so Ive been out of this country for quite a while now. I'm here now and these items are still for sale. All for $220 shipped to anywhere in the U.S (usps regular) I also have available Mapsend Topo (original) in excelent condition. used it once to fully install it to my pc. The sn can be changed several times, and you do not have to activate the software online. You can basicly load the software on as many pc's as you want. As long as you have a legit copy of DR in the drive. Those are my experiences.
